Bounces and Unsubscribing

• Email bounces from broadcasted emails have been improved to more accurately detect bounces and automatically move email addresses to the bounces list.
• Your subscribers can now permanently unsubscribe, eliminating the risk of accidentally adding or importing an email address that had previously chosen to unsubscribe.

New Platform Completed

• For those of you using the mailing list system over the last few months you've probably noticed components getting moved into a new interface. With today's update we've moved the last remaining components over and are excited about what this means for adding new features going forward.
• The new dashboard lists all the websites in your account and broadcasting new emails or editing website settings can be done with fewer clicks. Broadcasting emails is now broken into an intuitive three step process, and all of a website's settings can be edited in a single screen.

Updates

• Template tags have been added under the template component's information tab. These tags can be used to customize newsletters for subscribers such as adding unsubscribe links.
• Bug fixes have been addressed including improved account security and newsletters getting cut short by certain email programs.

• A new subscriber's auto-generated password is now sent along with their confirmation email.
• The process for a subscriber to unsubscribe from a mailing list has been simplified to a single click from the footer of a newsletter.

Subscriber Forms

• Subscriber self-management forms can now be customized in the administration area.
• Existing forms embedded in websites like MySpace will update automatically.
• Some of the customizable options include the title message and background and link colors.
• Subscribers will be automatically added to the default mailing list.

Credits

• The credit system has been launched allowing customers to purchase credits that can be put towards sending newsletters.
• You can still set up an account and start letting people sign up for free!
